About Pro Golf Now

Pro Golf Now was created in July of 2009, mainly because of Tom Watson.

Watson’s performance at the 2009 British Open made me realize just how great a game this is and how it made me want to be a part of professional golf.

A start-up blog is far from being involved with the PGA Tour, but I love to write about golf, so I decided this was the best route to take.

I hope to provide those who visit with a refreshing take on professional golf, and provide coverage of all the big news and events going on in the sport.

It’s my goal to combine news with opinion, and hopefully give you an enjoyable read in the process.
